Today is the first excursion day of your Golden Triangle and Shimla tour. So enhance your spirit with a healthy breakfast and proceed to enjoy local sightseeing. You will visit the famous heritage sites in Delhi such as Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; Red Fort, the red stone-built Mughal abode ; Humayun's Tomb, the first garden tomb in India; Qutub Minar, a World Heritage Site; Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi; India Gate, a war memorial and Lotus Temple, a temple of worship. In the evening, Visit the Connaught Place Market and also enjoy a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk.

After breakfast leave for Agra by road. On arrival at the Mughal city, check-into the hotel and take rest for some time. Thereafter, head to the famous epitome of love the Taj Mahal. The famous white marble monument is a world heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Also visit the Agra Fort, Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah, etc. In the evening, enjoy kalakriti show or 'Mohabbat-e-Taj' at Kalakriti, a Cultural and Convention Center in Agra. The show entertains the spectators with live colorful shows about the Taj Mahal. Thereafter, you can enjoy a Mughlai dinner at one of the restaurants. Enjoy an overnight stay in your hotel.

Have your breakfast and get ready to travel to Jaipur. Before you leave for Jaipur, you can visit the famous marble factories at Agra. After exploration, start for Jaipur by road and on your way take a halt at Fatehpur Sikri and Chand Baori. This abandoned Mughal city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Jodha Bai Palace, Tomb of Salim Chishti, and Jama Masjid. Also visit Buland Darwaza, the tower of victory built by the emperor Akbar.

Then resume your journey to Jaipur. On arrival at the pink city, check-into the hotel and take some rest. In the evening if time permits, take a tour of the famous markets in Jaipur such as Bapu Bazar, Johari Bazar, Tripolia Bazar etc or you may visit Chokhi Dhani (At Additional Cost) a cultural hub near Jaipur. Enjoy traditional Rajasthani food and colorful environment of the place. Come back to hotel for an overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 5 of your Golden Triangle with Shimla tour is reserved for sightseeing in the heritage city Jaipur. Have a scrumptious breakfast and start for the Amber Fort the first attraction of the day. You can enjoy elephant ride to reach this beautiful 16th century fort. Next, visit City Palace, an architectural marvel; Jal Mahal, a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake; Palace of Wind, a honeycomb shaped palace with 957 windows; and Royal observatory, housing astronomical instruments to measure the harmony of the heavens. After having a delicious breakfast, get ready for your journey from Jaipur to Delhi by road. En-route, visit the Neemrana Fort which is now a heritage hotel. You can enjoy some adventure activities here followed by lunch. Post lunch, resume your journey to Delhi. On arrival, check-into your hotel in Delhi and take some rest. Today you will enjoy the most exciting part of your Golden Triangle with Shimla tour. After having a healthy breakfast, get ready to travel to Chandigarh by road. On arrival, continue your journey to Kalka which is 27 Km away from Chandigarh. Board the Kalka Shimla toy train which is listed in the UNESCO world heritage site. The duration of this scenic journey varies from 5 to 7 hours. On arrival in Shimla, check-into your hotel and take some rest. Shopaholics can have a quick visit to Mall road, the shopping paradise in Shimla. Enjoy an overnight stay in your hotel.
