Welcome to the capital town of India, Delhi. This will be your first day on a Yoga and Meditation tour. Meet our representative either at the airport or railway station. Afterward, you will be escorted to the hotel in the town. As you arrive, complete the check-in formalities. Once you relax for a while, the whole day will be at your leisure. You are free to hop the nearby markets to activate some shopping sprees.
Later, head back to the hotel for scrumptious dinner and overnight sleep.
Rise and shine with a morning meal at your hotel. Then kick-start your day with Delhi sightseeing places like Parliament House, Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate. Cover these attractions in the first phase of sightseeing.
In the next round, gear up yourself to unfold the Mughal-influenced Old Delhi attractions like Jama Masjid, Red Fort, along Gandhi Memorial. All of these Old Delhi attractions will enamor you with their architecture. After the sunset, witness the light and sound show held at Red Fort Agra for one hour (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM).

Time to bid goodbye to Delhi today after a scrumptious breakfast. Pack your bags, complete the check-out formalities and meet us outside the accommodation. We will drop you at the train station to board the train to Haridwar (cousin town of Rishikesh at a proximate distance).
As you arrive at Haridwar, meet our representative outside the junction. He will greet you with a warm welcome and make sure to help you get transferred to the hotel in Rishikesh. Once you arrive, do the check-in formalities and rest for a while. During the afternoon, kick in for sightseeing of the ancient Ashrams and worldly recognized Yoga and Meditation center.

You will stay at Ashram and follow a typical day schedule for meditation classes, yoga classes along with breakfast, lunch, lecture, evening tea, evening yoga, and meditation class along with dinner.

Wave goodbye to Rishikesh after a delicious morning brunch and pack your bags to arrive at its quaint hamlet - Shivpuri. This is one of the best rafting spots at Rishikesh with Grade 3-4 rapids. As you arrive Shivpuri camping site flanked by the holy Ganges, acknowledge the welcome drink, do the check-in. After a few hours of rest, attend the briefing season. Afterward, gear up to the jungle walk in the reserve forest vicinity around the Nature Camp-Resort.
For your sake (not a part of the itinerary), you can explore the Shivpuri town's markets to shop for local souvenirs.
As the sun sets, return to your campsite, sit by the campfire, stargaze, have dinner and then sleep.

Day 9 would be another travel highlight of the yoga and meditation tour as you are about to unlock the rafting thrill. But before that, wake up before the sunrise to stretch, tone, purify your mind, body, and soul with yoga and meditation season alongside the Ganges roaring waters. Afterward, relish morning breakfast (Yogic meal).
Just when you will finish your morning meal. We will drive you to the Byasi/Kaudiyala to activate the rafting fun. Before you raft the waters, you will be properly briefed on rafting manoeuvering under the expert's supervision. Rafting activity at Rishikesh will thrill you from head to toe for sure!
At lunch, return to the campsite (get assisted by a private vehicle. Take a rest for a few hours. As the evening commences, end your day 9 with mindful meditation alongside the campsite river water. It will be a sight to behold when sunset reflects its rays on the Ganges water.
Later, enjoy a soothing sleep at your campsite followed by stargazing.
Arise for a healthy breakfast today and leave soon to reach Hindolakhal. Once you reach, begin your trekking to Kunjapuri. Upon reaching the trekking summit, join the meditation class amidst the lush green environs. The sight of snow-shrouded Himalayas is a view to behold.
Conclude your day by returning to your accommodation in Shivpuri (private transfer). Doze off after a scrumptious dinner.
Before a toothsome breakfast, join the early morning yoga class followed by question and answer season to breathe transformative travel experiences. Later, relish the morning meal and then gear up to join the rafting season once again. Ride the rapids between Shivpuri to Laxman Jhula. Have lunch at Brahmapuri.
