Itinerary

Day 1 - Delhi - Manali

Your Kullu Manali trip officially begins once you reach the allotted bus stand. Please reach the bus stand before time and board the AC Volvo Bus that will transport you to the dream destination. This is an overnight journey and you will be reaching Manali in the morning. The estimated distance between Delhi and Manali is 575 kilometers.

Day 2 - Arrival in Manali

Once you reach Manali, you will be transferred to the resort by cab. Complete the check-in formalities and freshen up. The rest of the day is free to explore the surroundings on your own. Stroll around the place and inhale the fresh mountain air.

Manali has everything that can keep you happy and rejuvenated. Manali is a beautiful resort town nestled in the lap of the majestic Himalayas. With picturesque views of the Pir Panjal and the Dhauladhar Range, this place is a haven for the nature lovers. Surrender yourself to the gushing tranquil streams, lush forests and sprawling countryside that look no less than a wonderland. Day 3 - Manali – Rohtang Pass – Solang Valley – Manali

The third day of your Kullu Manali tour starts with Rohtang Pass (by Taxi Union Car on direct payment). It is perched at a height of 3978 meters and approximate distance is 51 kilometers from Manali. Located on the eastern side of Pir Panjal Range, Rohtang Pass is often regarded as the crown of the Kullu region. It is one of the most spectacular passes in the country and spots over 20 lakh visitors every year. Rohtang Pass is open from June to October and connects Kullu Valley to Lahaul and Spiti. It is a paradise for adventure seekers as a number of adrenaline-rush activities take place here namely skiing, paragliding and ice-skating.

On the way, you will be going for sightseeing to Solang Valley where our car will be waiting to pick you up. Here you can immerse in the impressive sight of the frozen glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Admire the beauty and take some time to relax and unwind. Adrenaline junkies can also indulge in paragliding and treat their eyes to the bird's eye view of Solang Valley.

Perched at the top of the Kullu region, Solang Valley is a major crowd puller. From impressive visuals to adventure sports, this place has it all. Kindly note, Rohtang Pass is closed every Tuesday and sightseeing is possible subject to the weather conditions. Also, due to the presence of Taxi Union, the trip to Rohtang Pass is not included in the Delhi to Manali tour package. It has to be paid directly by the guests to the Taxi Union including the permit fee.

Day 4 - Manali – Kullu – Manikaran – Manali

After having a hearty breakfast, get ready for a sightseeing trip around Kullu. The estimated driving distance from Manali is 40 kilometers. Your Kullu Manali package includes a visit to the famous Vaishno Devi Temple built in honor of Devi Parvati. You can also take part in river rafting in Kullu. Snuggled along the bank of the Beas River, Kullu is a quaint resort town that offers visitors with the spectacular Himalayan landscape. It is one of most sought after tourist destinations with good road connectivity. Kullu greets visitors with impressive visuals and untainted air that conjures amazing memories.

Also known as Mahadevi Tirth, Vaishno Devi Temple is not only a religious site but also a major tourist attraction on the bank of River Beas. The temple was built-in 1966 to honor Devi Parvati, the wife of Lord Shiva.

The tour continues to the popular pilgrimage center of Manikaran, known for its hot water springs. These springs have healing power and people from all over the globe come here to take a dip and cure their diseases. At an altitude of 1760 meters, the quaint town of Manikaran is known for its spiritual significance. It is a sacred destination for the Sikhs as well as the Hindus. Besides hot water springs, there are a number of religious landmarks located here. It is the kind of place where tourists can feel the divine connection amid breathtaking natural treasures.

Here you will get a glimpse of the sacred temple dedicated to Lord Ramachandra and visit Gurudwara Shri Narayan Hari. As the name suggests, the temple is dedicated to the legendary hero Ramachandra. It was built in the 17th-century by Raja Jagat Singh. Idols of Lord Ram and Devi Sita is enshrined in the temple. Hence, it is an important place of worship for the followers of Hinduism. Gurudwara Shri Narayan Hari is one of the most popular religious landmarks in Manikaran. This gurudwara takes pride in accommodating 4000 pilgrims in a day with the additional langar service.

Day 5 - Sightseeing in Manali

The fifth day of your Kullu Manali tour will start with a delicious breakfast. Today you will be checking out of the hotel and go for a half-day local sightseeing around Manali. A visit to the 450 years old Hidimba Devi Temple is on the cards. This temple is located amid snow-capped mountains and nothing can beat the majestic beauty that this place offers. Locally known as Dhungari Temple, this ancient cave temple is dedicated to the wife of Bhima, Hidimba Devi. Maharaja Bahadur Singh built this sacred structure in the year 1553. The auspicious occasion of Navaratri is celebrated with fervor and draw devotees from all around Manali.

Afterward, you can go on a shopping spree and explore the vibrant markets for the popular Himachali shawls and souvenirs for your loved ones. In the evening, proceed to the bus stand and board the AC Volvo that will take you back to Delhi.
