Itinerary - Chardham Yatra from Rajkot

Day 1 - Rishikesh: An overnight journey to Rishikesh

Our representative will meet you at Delhi airport/ railway station after which you will be assisted to the Delhi bus depot. Your bus from Delhi to Rishikesh will be scheduled for 9:30 pm. Enjoy your overnight journey to the destination.

Distance between Delhi and Rishikesh: 230 km

Day 2 - Barkot: Sightseeing at Rishikesh

You will reach Rishikesh early in the morning. Take a light breakfast, and then proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city. The yoga capital of India has a lot to offer and you will be visiting some top-notch attractions like Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Geeta Ashram, Swarg Ashram, and Shivanand Ashram. After the guided tour, head to your next destination which will be Barkot.

En route, you will be stopping at Kempty Falls which is a top attraction at Mussoorie. After reaching the destination you will check in to your hotel for a scrumptious dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Barkot: Visiting Yamunotri Temple

Wake up early to a scrumptious breakfast and then meet our representative who will assist you on your smooth transit to Jankichatti. This is the drop-off and pick-up point as well as the base camp of Yamunotri Shrine. You will have to trek from here or take a pony ride to the shrine.

While heading to the Yamunotri Shrine, you will have to offer your prayers at Divya Shila as well. It will be followed by visiting Surya Kund from where you will have to take the prasad. After this, you will reach the main temple of Yamunotri. Offer your prayers and spend some time in the peaceful environment of the temple.

Once you have spent enough time, trek back to Jankichatti to meet our representative. Head back to the hotel for an amazing dinner and an overnight stay in Barkot itself.

Note: Pony or palki cost has to be paid by you as it is not covered in the package.

Day 4 - Uttarkashi: Entering the sacred town of Uttrakhand

Have a hearty breakfast and complete your check-in formalities to proceed on your journey forward. The next destination for you will be Uttarkashi- the sacred town of Uttrakhand. On your route, you will be stopping at the popular Prakateshwar Mahadev Temple to offer your prayers to Lord Shiva. On arrival, check in to your hotel, freshen up and get some rest.

After you are ready to go, you will be heading to the pious Kashi Vishwanath Temple. This is one of the most important temples of Uttarkashi. The next temple you will be visiting is Shakti Temple. Take a stroll in the town after visiting these temples. Head back to your hotel for a scrumptious dinner being followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 - Uttarkashi: Visiting Gangotri Temple

Being on your journey early today. Take your breakfast after freshening up and head to meet our representative who will assist in smooth transit. You will be heading to Gangotri by crossing Hasil which is another amazing town near Uttarkashi. Take a dip in the holy Bhagirathi river and if you want, you can also perform rituals on the banks of the river.

When you reach Gangotri Temple, you can offer your prayers to the shrine at the temple. Enjoy the sublime environment and spiritual aura in the temple and around. Post all your sightseeing and worshipping, you will have to return to the hotel in Uttarkashi. It will be followed by a nice dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 - Srinagar: A day to spend at your leisure

Have your breakfast and then head to the next stopover destination which is Srinagar. On your route to this amazing destination, you will most likely be crossing Tehri Dam. After a wonderful road trip, you will be checking into the hotel upon arrival. Make yourself comfortable and then get some rest.

Time Taken: 8 hours (approximately)

Day 7 - Sitapur: A sightseeing tour awaits!

You will have your breakfast and complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to your next destination Sitapur. En route, you will halt at the Dhari Devi Temple situated in Kalyasur. Also, you will be stopping at Rudraprayag which is the first of panchprayags on your journey. While stopping here, visit the Gauri Temple and offer your prayers to Goddess Gauri. Post this, visit the Narad Shila on your way. From there you will be heading to Guptkashi and then to Sitapur.

On arrival, you will be heading straight to your hotel, get some rest, take your meal, and then the rest of the day will be at your leisure to spend. Return to the hotel by evening, take your dinner and then get some sleep.

Time Taken: 4 hours (approximately)

Day 8 - Sitapur: Visiting Kedarnath Temple

Next on your Chardham yatra from Rajkot is the Kedarnath Temple. Have your early breakfast and meet our representative who will help you in your smooth transfer to Gauri Kund. This is the drop-off point for the temple. You can also call it the base camp area. From here, you will be heading on a journey to the temple on foot. If you don't wish to trek, you can take a palki or pony for which you will have to pay on your own.

Enjoy the environment around the temple and the spiritual aura as well. Attend the aarti, click some pictures and head back to GauriKund. Our representative will meet you at the pick-up point and help in the smooth transfer to the hotel. Take your dinner and then tuck yourself in the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Day 9 - Badrinath: Reaching the Badrinath town

Have your breakfast and then head to Badrinath for your next darshan. While driving to the town you will be taking halts at Nandprayag, Karnprayag, and Vishnuprayag. Also as you arrive at Joshimath you will be stopping at Narasimha Temple. Offer your prayers to the lord and head forward.

Upon arrival, complete your check-in formalities and take some rest. Have your dinner and then get some sleep because you will have to wake up early tomorrow for Badrinath Darshan.

Time Taken: 9 hours (approximately)

Day 10 - Pipalkoti: Visiting the Badrinath Temple

Wake up early and head to the Badrinath Temple. But before that check out from the hotel at Badrinath after having your dinner. First, visit the dham and offer your prayers to Lord Vishnu, Hanuman, Ganesha, Kubera, and a few other idols. Once you have performed all the rituals take a stroll to visit the nearby attractions. Click some pictures and also take a dip in the Tapt Kund.

After a delightful morning, head to Mana Village and explore it. Visit the prehistoric Bhim Pul and other nearby attractions. Once you are done with all this, simply head to Pipalkoti. Your next destination is where your dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay.

Distance between Badrinath and Pipalkoti: 80 km

Time Taken: 4 hours (approximately)

Day 11 - Delhi: Sightseeing at Haridwar

You will have to leave early from Pipalkoti after having your breakfast and completing the checkout formalities. You will be heading to Haridwar while halting at one more attraction that is Devprayag. On arrival, explore the city of Haridwar as per time allowance. Then take a dip at Har-Ki-Pauri and enjoy the evening Ganga Aarti.

After all this, you will have an overnight journey to Delhi.

Day 12 - Delhi: Arrival at Delhi and end of the tour
