Itinerary - Birdwatching Tour in Arunachal Pradesh

Day 1 - Dibrugarh - Roing

Welcome to your birdwatching tour in Arunachal Pradesh!

Your tour will start as soon as you land at Dibrugarh Airport in Assam. Our representative will pick you up and transfer you to Roing in Arunachal in a hygienic vehicle (4 hours approx.). Enjoy beautiful views on the way and feel the fresh breeze on your face. Once reached, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. Overnight stay in Roing.

Day 2 - Roing

Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Proceed for a full-day birding tour at Roing. Witness the exotic species of birds here and afterward, return to the hotel. Spend a comfortable overnight at Roing.

Day 3 - Roing - Miao

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel. Start your 3-hour drive from Roing to Miao. Enjoy birding on the way. Your overnight stay will be at Namdapha Jungle Camp (4 hours from Miao).

Day 4 - Namdapha - Deban

Have a delicious breakfast and then, transfer to a camp in Deban in Namdapha. Connect with nature and watch colorful birds. Enjoy the day at leisure. Spend a comfy stay at Deban camp.

Day 5 - Deban

On day 5 of your birdwatching tour in Arunachal Pradesh, enjoy a full day of birding inside the park. So, after breakfast, spend your time looking at the variety of birds. Afterward, return to the camp and have a restful sleep.

Day 6 - Deban - Namdapha

Have breakfast and leave the camp at Deban. Transfer back to Namdapha Jungle Camp and enjoy birdwatching in the park. Spend the day in nature looking at the beautiful birds. Spend overnight in jungle camp.

Day 7 - Namdapha - Tinsukia

Start day 07 of your birding tour in Arunachal with a fulfilling meal. Leave Namdapha camp and transfer to Tinsukia (4 hours approx.). On the way, visit the Golden Pagoda. Once reached, check-in at the hotel and spend a restful night at Tinsukia.

Day 8 - Tinsukia

Wake up, have breakfast, and visit Maguri Bill by country boat. Afterward, leave for Dibru Saikhowa National Park (approx. 1.5 hours from Tinsukia) for birdwatching. Come back to the hotel after the tour and hop onto the bed for a relaxing sleep.

Day 9 - Tinsukia - Gibbon

Arise for a scrumptious breakfast. Check out from the hotel and proceed towards your next destination for birdwatching in Arunachal, Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary. Located 4 to 5 hours away, it is a secluded protected area of evergreen forest. Once reached, check in to your stay and unwind. In the afternoon, enjoy a birdwatching tour. Overnight stay in a tea garden.

Day 10 - Departure from Jorhat

This is the last day of your birdwatching in Arunachal. After a leisurely breakfast, visit Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary to spend more time in nature and watch birds. Come back, check out, and get transferred to Jorhat airport for your onward destination.
