You will be getting down at Dimapur airport where our representative will be waiting for you. As soon as you meet them you will be assisted with your transfer to Kohima. It is advised that you keep your camera charged because en route you will be enjoying some breathtaking views of the surrounding. As soon as you arrive at Kohima, complete your check-in formalities and head to your room to relax.

After you have freshened up, head to your first attraction which is Kohima War Centenary, have a look at the memorial, and click some pictures around the place. Post this, head to your hotel for dinner, and get some sleep afterward.

Note: Please note that the Kohima War Centenary remains closed on Sundays, so plan your trip accordingly.

Have your early breakfast in the hotel and then leave for the Kisema Village with our representative. On arriving at the village you can witness all the preparations and traditions of Nagas. See all the customs that are followed by the people before and during the popular hornbill festival. Become a part of the festival and enjoy the music and customs followed by the locals. You can also video record the performances of the tribe.

For lunch, you will get the local cuisines at the village itself. Enjoy the tasty meals people of Kisema Village relish during this festival. Enjoy your morning, noon, and evening here with the people, and then return to the hotel later in the evening. Then take your dinner at the hotel itself and get some sleep afterward.

After taking your breakfast, our representative will help you in your transit to the Kisema Village to resume your enjoyment once again. Have fun till noon. Your lunch will be offered to you at the village itself. Once all of this is done, you will be heading to your next destination for a single-day trip- Khonoma. This place is popular for a lot of things but their warfare and fighting skills remain their strength.

Khonoma is a wonderful and peaceful place to visit so enjoy the rejuvenation offered by the destination. If you wish, you can buy something here because the other good thing about the place is its craftsmanship. They use bamboo and cane to create various things. You can take pictures and also buy souvenirs from the village. You will then return to Kohima in the evening to the same hotel. You will get dinner in your room after which you can tuck yourself in a comfortable bed.

Have your delicious breakfast and then head to Kaziranga by road. Complete your check-out formalities and meet our representative who will look after your smooth and comfortable transit. Kaziranga is popular for the national park and that it is home to a diverse variety of flora and fauna. This place also receives a lot of migratory birds during winters.

Upon arrival, check in to your lodge/resort/hotel and get yourself comfortable. You can now rest for the day and take a leisure walk during the evening. Either explore the hotel offerings or visit the nearby areas. Come back to the accommodation later in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Distance between Kohima and Kaziranga: 240 km

Time Taken: 6 hours (approximately)

Wake up early and head to enjoy the elephant safari at the national park. It is offered between 5:30 and 6:30 so plan accordingly. While taking this safari you can enjoy the sightings of the one-horned rhino, elephants, wild buffalo, and other inhabitants. Enjoy the one-hour elephant safari and head back to the hotel for breakfast. Freshen up and get your filling breakfast and head out on a stroll around the park.

Visit the orchid sanctuary, viewpoints, tea gardens, and other places around the park. Your lunch will be offered at the hotel itself after which you can get on with the second safari. This time it will be a jeep safari. After a complete day of enjoyment head back to the hotel and have your dinner. Take a walk after that or stay back in your room. Post this you can go to sleep in your comfortable bed.

Wake up early to a scrumptious breakfast and then complete your check-in formalities. Meet our representative who will help in your smooth transfer to the next destination which is Guwahati.

On arrival at Guwahati, you will have to complete all your check-in formalities and then get some rest in your room. As soon as you freshen up, you will be taken to the popular Kamakhya Temple for sightseeing. After you have offered your prayers to the lord you will then head for cruising at the Brahmaputra river. This will be a memorable cruising time after which you will then come back to the hotel to get some rest. It will be followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the same place.

Post breakfast, complete your check-out formalities and meet our representative. You will then be assisted to the Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
