Itinerary - 3 Days Chail Tour Package

Day 1 - Delhi to Chail

Your Chail tour starts with your arrival in Delhi. Our tour representative will meet you at the Delhi Airport or railway station and pick you up for the onward journey. Proceed towards Chail by road and enjoy the scenic vistas en route. This was the erstwhile capital of the Princely state of Patiala. Overlooking the Canyon of Satluj River, Chail experiences salubrious weather throughout the year which makes it a popular tourist destination.

On your arrival in Chail, you will have an assisted transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the evening is at your leisure. Day 2 - Chail Sightseeing Tour

Post breakfast, proceed for the city tour of Chail. The famous tourist attractions in Chail, which you will explore are Kali Ka Tibba, also known as Kali Temple. From the temple, you see Choor Chandni and Shivalik range. Seek blessings at the temple and then head towards The Chail Palace, built-in 1891 and an erstwhile residence of Maharaja of Patiala and also popular for its architecture. Afterward, visit the Chail Wildlife Sanctuary, which is an abode of a rich variety of wildlife. Some of the famous animal species of the sanctuary are Himalayan Black Bear, spotted deer, sambar, wild boar, goral, and flying squirrel. After this, visit the Chail Cricket Ground, which is encompassed by thick Deodar forest. It was built in 1893 by Bhupinder Singh, the Maharaja of Patiala. This is the highest cricket in the world situated at an altitude of 2,444 m above sea level. Lastly, visit the Gurudwara Sahib and offers prayers.
