The Trans Himalayan Safari tour gives you the opportunity to travel to the most remote places in the Himalayan region. While on the tour pay a visit to the Hadimba Temple, Jagat Sukh Vashisht Bath, at Manali. Enjoy full day excursion to Rohtang pass for a perfect snow-capped mountain experience that is to be remembered for a lifetime.

Itinerary - Trans Himalayan Safari

Day 1 - Chandigarh

After arrival, meet our representative at the airport who'll arrange transfer to Hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Spend day at leisure. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 - Chandigarh - Manali

After breakfast, head straight to Manali via Mandi and Kullu. Check in at hotel, rest and relax for the day . Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3 - Manali

In the morning after breakfast, set out for local sight covering places like Hadimba Temple, Jagat Sukh Vashisht Bath etc. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 - Manali - Jispa - Keylong

Next day post breakfast, drive straight to Jispa. En-route visit Rohtang Pass and Keylong. On reaching Rohtang Pass, spend some time witnessing the panoramic beauty of Manali valley. The beautiful mountain pass is the gateway to your tour. After the visit continue drive to Lahaul valley to reach Keylong. Lhaula valley is quite rocky and barren. On reaching Keylong visit the Keylong bustling village to view the simple lifestyle of the villagers from close quarters and the Khardhug monastery. After the visit, resume your drive to Jispa, to spot amazing scenery and panoramic views of the lovely surroundings. On reaching Jipsa, check-in Hotel/Camp for an overnight stay.

Day 5 - Jispa - Sarchu

Today you drive to Sarchu. As you leave Jispa behind, enter the Greater Himalayan landscape. This highway route takes you into the heart of the mountains. Enjoy the splendid view as you pass through the Baralachha Pass (5000 meters above sea level). Keep driving towards Sarchu which is the border-line between Kashmir and Himachal. From there, get to the Sarchu camp. Relax for the rest of the day and keep a high intake on fluids to keep away AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness).

Overnight stay at Sarchu.

Day 6 - Sarchu - Leh

The 6th day of the trip is reserved for a full day excursion to Himalayan Safari Drive. On the way cross Tanglang-la the second highest road in the world and Lachlang-La. Relish dinner at hotel. A night to be spent in the hotel.

Day 7 - Leh

Start the day with a visit to Thiksey Monastery. Get a chance to attend the praying ceremony taking place at the monastery. Also visit "Hemis" one of the biggest monastery of Leh and Shey Palace. Later in the afternoon leave for a guided tour to visit Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa, the King's Palace and Shankar Gompa. Retire for a night in the hotel.

Day 8 - Leh - Khardungla Pass - Leh

In the morning start for Khardungala Top, the World highest motorable road. On the way get delighted to see the fascinating view of the Leh and Nubra valley along the roadside. Return to the hotel by afternoon. Evening to be spent at leisure. Night at hotel.

Day 9 - Leh - Delhi

Post breakfast leave for Leh Airport for boarding flight towards delhi.
