One of the oldest temples in Bikaner, Shri Laxminath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and his consort, Goddess Laxmi. It was constructed by Maharaja Rao Lunakaran, between 1504 and 1526. Red stone for the temple was imported from Jaisalmer. The idols are very beautiful. Another highlight is the splendid art-work in silver on the doorway.

Shri Laxminath temple celebrates festivals like Diwali, Janmashtami, Ramnavam, Geeta Jayanti¸ and Nirjala Ekadashi, with huge fervor and enthusiasm.
