Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
Our representatives, the Indian Horizons executive, will greet you with traditional welcome as you arrive at Delhi airport. They will transport you to your hotel where you can freshen up and have your lunch. In the afternoon, proceed on a tour of Old and New Delhi. You must visit the historical Red Fort and Jama Masjid. We bet that you will be impressed after visiting Jantar Mantar, India Gate and Raj Ghat. Also make a trip to Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar before you return to the hotel.
Have a sumptuous dinner and then go to sleep because the nest morning you will begin on the wildlife tour in India, Bird Paradise .
Day 02: Delhi - Sultanpur – Delhi
Have a quick bite at your breakfast in the hotel and get going on an excursion to Sultanpur Jheel just 50 kilometers away. After a 1 hour-ride, you will reach the bird sanctuary around the lake where you will spot a variety of exotic waterfowls and beautiful cranes.
Once you return to Delhi in the evening, you might be tired. So just have your dinner and retire to bed at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra - Fatehpur Sikri – Bharatpur
You should finish your breakfast early today because we shall take you to Agra, 203 kilometers away from Delhi thereafter. You will reach Agra- the city of the Taj at noon after a 4 and ½ hours of ride. Make your first visit to Taj Mahal, where the marble edifice displaying eternal beauty and love, will mesmerize you. Don't miss out on the Agra Fort either.
Once your visit to Agra is complete, we shall take you to Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary at Bharatpur. During this ride of 1 hour across 65 kilometers, you will also pass through Fatehpur Sikri, the town which was built by Mughals in 16th century. You must have heard about Bulund Darwaza, famous as the highest gateway in the world. Yes, it is in this town, so visit the gateway and also the Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti- a prominent Sufi saint of India.
Finally, we will drive towards Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. As you reach by the evening, you just check into your desired Forest Lodge or resort. Have you dinner and retire to bed because you need to buck up your energy for the Bird Paradise experience next day.
Day 04: Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is famous for is rickshaw rides or nature-walks. So get up early morning and begin exploring the sanctuary. Hire a cycle rickshaw so that the trained rickshaw-puller can help you in spotting the varieties of birds . You can also get on a boat which will take you through the marshes so that you can survey through the deepest corners of the park.
You can also experience the Bird Paradise in the afternoon through a bicycle ride. After that, you can just get back to your hotel, dine and doze off to sleep.
Day 05: Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
Once again begin exploring the sanctuary because there are a variety of rare birds, migratory and resident and even other wildlife in this park fully.
At the end of the day, return to your hotel enriched with experience of the Bird Paradise. Then dine and just have rest in the hotel in Bharatpur.
Day 06: Bharatpur - Delhi - Tour Concludes
You can go out on a quick stroll into the park after you have your breakfast. We shall then take you back to Delhi where you will finish your wildlife experince in the Bird Paradise .
