The Arrival - Day 01
On the day, you arrive in Delhi, you will meet our representative and you will be taken to a very comfortable hotel for your over-night stay.
Delhi-Srinagar - Day 02
From Delhi, you will board a flight for Srinagar, Capital of Kashmir. There you will get to stay in a beautiful traditional Houseboat on the Dal Lake. Your dinner will be at the houseboat and you will stay there overnight, enjoying the luxury.
Srinagar - Day 03
In the morning the tour guide will take you on a Shikara ride on the lake. You will notice Lotus and lily beds along with floating gardens that are bound to take your breath away. After that you will be escorted back for lunch at the houseboat. After meal, you will get to take a tour to Nishat and Shalimar gardens. Most tour packages to Srinagar include these two gardens because a trip to Srinagar without a tour to these gardens cannot be called complete. The Shalimar garden was laid out four hundred years ago, for Jehangir's wife. Though Nishat is smaller than Shalimar, it is considered more beautiful and is known for its Chinar trees. After this trip, you will be escorted back to the houseboat.
Srinagar-Sonamarg - Day 04
After you partake of your breakfast, the tour guide will take you to Sonamarg. Here the tour group will camp for the next three nights on the Sindh river. You will get to spend the rest of the day fishing with experts, who will explain and teach the techniques and skill involved in angling. The group will head back to the camp for the night. The camp has bed, chairs and all the basic facilities.
Sonamarg - Day 05
The whole day will be spent fishing and having fun by the river. In the evening you may take a stroll or simply relax at the camp.
Sonamarg-Srinagar - Day 06
The morning will be free. In the afternoon the tour group will drive back to the Houseboats where you will get to stay overnight.
Srinagar - Day 07
The whole day will be free so you can relax and enjoy the scenery. In the evening there will be a shikara ride to backwater, after which you will be escorted back to the houseboat.
Srinagar - Day 08
On the 8th day, will be a tour to Gulmarg, which is known as 'the meadow of flowers' and is in the Baramulla District of Kashmir. Here you can go on a horse ride or enjoy playing golf, for Gulmarg has the highest nine-hole golf course in the world. In the afternoon, you will be escorted back to your houseboat, where you will stay overnight.
Srinagar - Day 09
Your tour package also includes some sightseeing, so you will be able to take a tour to Shankaracharya Temple and Kashmir Museum. The Shankaracharya Temple is located on the southeast of srinagar, at a height of 1100 feet above the Srinagar city. In the afternoon, you will visit the Jesus Christ Tomb and Jamia Masjid. The night will be spent on the houseboat.
Srinagar-Delhi-Agra - Day 10
After breakfast you will leave for Delhi along with the tour group. On the Delhi Airport you will meet the tour operator's representative and leave for Agra with him. In Agra you will be escorted to a hotel where you will spend the night.
Agra - Day 11
The morning of the 11th day will be spent on a city tour, which would include a tour to Taj Mahal and Red Fort. In the afternoon, the tour guide will take the tour group to Fatehpur Sikri, which was built by Akbar after his heir's birth. You will be escorted back to the hotel for the night.
Agra-Delhi - Day 12
On the 11thday, you will be taken back to Delhi, visiting Sikandara on the way. There you will be checked into the hotel. In the afternoon will be a city tour of Delhi. You will get to take a tour to the Red fort, Jama Masjid, Parliament House, India Gate, among many others. The overnight stay will again be at the hotel.
Delhi - Day 13
This day you will be escorted to the international airport, where you can board a flight back home, taking back with you all the wonderful memories of the holiday that you spent fishing and exploring the green hills.
