Day 01: Arrival at Guwahati
Land at the airport in Guwahati and stay there for the night.
Day 02: Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park
Pay your homage to Goddess Kamakhya by visiting the Kamakhya Temple. It ranks among the well known pilgrimage centers of the people of the Hindu community. Around a million pilgrims come to the temple on the occasion of Ambubashi. Relax after coming back to the hotel. Some time later, make trips to the Kaziranga National park. It takes around 4 hours to reach the park. Stay at the jungle resort after arrival. Go to the local tea plantations.
Day 03: Kaziranga
Explore Kaziranga National Park to the fullest. In the morning, undertake elephant safari trips to the central range of the park. Come back and have lunch. Later embark on jeep safari trips to the western and eastern range of the park. Return back and stay for the night.
Day 04: Kaziranga - Kohima - Touphema Tourist Village
Go to Kohima from Kaziranga. It is the capital city of Nagaland and is known for its rich tradition. Go to the Touphema Village Resort after you arrive at the city. The village is located at a distance of around 41 kms and is run by the Angami Naga village community. Experience the heritage and culture of the local village. Come back to the Touphema Tourist village and relax.
Day 05: Touphema - Kohima - Dimori Cove 
Go to the village and make trips to the various tourist spots. Come back to Kohima after you have breakfast. Make a visit to the WW II Cemetery, which is few kms from the main town center. Make trips to the State Museum as well. There are lots of relics in the museum which portray the rich tradition and culture. Make trips to the Dimori Cove Guest house and the Kigwema village later in the afternoon. Adventure lovers can also go to Japfu Peak, which is situated at an altitude of 3048 meters. It is home to the tallest rhododendron tree in the world. You can also trek to Dzukou Valley. Go to the Jakhama village while coming back. After coming back to Kohima, you will have to spend the night.
Day 06: Khonoma
Drive to Khonoma. It is around 20 kms away from Kohima. On the route, stop at Angami Tribal village. The house of Angami Phizo, the founded of the Naga Nationalist movement is located here. This beautiful village is situated on top of a hill. Go to Kohima.
Day 07: Kohima - Dimapur
From Kohima, go to Dimapur after having early breakfast. Reach the Dimapur airport and board the flight for the subsequent trip.
