The Cost Plus Resort (now known as Woods Villa), is a completely different world of its own at Ranikhet. Situated on the main Ranikhet-Almora road, 4 kms from Ranikhet Golf Club, the beautiful resort is set amidst pine, deodar and oak trees that open to a breath-taking view of the Himalayas. It is a luxurious mountain Resort, kept with all amenities of modern day living with the bounties of nature also around. Being amongst the fragrance of unpolluted air, chirping of birds and patter of rain rejuvenates you to face the mundane everyday life once again.

The Cost Plus Resort has 27 units which includes a total of 34 rooms. Every room opens onto its own private patio and sundeck overlooking the verdant valley of Ranikhet and snow peaked mountains of Kumaon. All the rooms have a bay window, where, if you feel like, you can sit for the whole day and admire the abundance of nature’s beauty or otherwise play cards, indoor games or have fun. Each room has attached toilet, TV, telephone, running hot water and heater apart from all other modern amenities.

The patio of the Restaurant is so huge that you can have dinner at night outside along with the fire place, music and bright moonlight.
Banquet and conference facilities at Cost Plus Resort
There is a 1000 sq. ft conference room for holding business meetings.
The resort is ideal for conferencing as you find every audio-visual facility amidst a perfect setting. We can accommodate around 60 to 100 persons in theatre style and around 40 to 60 persons in U-shape style.
