Jet skiing

Knee-and-Wake boarding

Knee and Wake boarding are relatively new additions to the range of Goa water sports. The sport is very similar to water skiing, however, the difference is that instead of two narrow strips of water skiing, there is only one broad board, upon which you have to balance yourself. Wakeboarding is easily available around the popular beaches in Goa.

Kayaking

Kayaking is the perfect water sport activity in Goa for those who want to explore. Paddle through untested waters along the mangroves, backwaters and mini bays. The sport requires balance and fitness to continually navigate your kayak. The places to go kayaking are Palolem Beach, Dona Paula Jetty, Hollant Beach.

River Rafting

The swift rivers of Goa are replete in adventure. Flowing from the Western Ghats and offering the proper dose of thrill, enjoy the picturesque lush greenery. The white foaming waters are available in various grades of difficulty. Mhadaei River, Mandovi River, Valpoi River.

Dinghy Sailing

Similar to windsurfing, Dinghy sailing is a popular thrilling water sport. Dinghies are around 15 feet in length and can accommodate around 3-4 people at a time. The Zuari estuary in Dona Paula is perfect for the water sport. The best months to go dinghy sailing are between October and April when the sky is clear and the water is calmer.
